Zoom Readings:

Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. Your invoice is sent to the same email as your zoom invite. Your zoom invite is sent just moments prior to the start of your session. It is NOT sent days prior.  Unfortunately, your session will not start or acknowledged unless the payment has been successfully received by Inner Light Metaphysical. Your payment is guaranteed and if you're not happy with your session, your payment* will be sent back to you within 48 hours. This is a 45 min session with Cathy Chafe, Psychic Medium. Accepting and payment submission, you fully understand that this session is for entertainment purposes. Cathy is not a licensed therapist and you also accept that you are "Healthy minded" at the time of booking and at your session. 

REFUND

*subject to conversation of why you, the recipient, feels the session was not of value. If all basis and validation is not within expectation, and it's determined by both Cathy and you, the recipient, your funds will be returned. Example, if during the reading you feel that no validation is within your understanding, it's up to you, the receiver of the reading to be forth coming with your feelings at time of session, and not thereafter. 

 

Cathy and her team are respectful & grateful of all who choose to visit & receive a session by her and her staff. She understands that not 100% of the time, energy/spirit comes through. It's determined that sometimes your session may hover solely in the "physical" and may not transition into Spirit. It does happen at times; if you're not wishing to connect to Spirit, there is no guarantee that your session will be 100% psychic and no transmit of spirit messages, and/or vice versa. 

Cathy, Brianne, and Stefanie  are gifted Psychic Mediums, meaning...all read energy. Your energy is part of the visions & flashes of messages. Spirit delivers messages through energy and may push to give a message while in a psychic reading. Cathy Chafe is also a Medical Intuitive. She will only offer validation about your health, or the health of a loved one if it's urgent and needs to be noted. Cathy or other psychics do NOT offer death dates, that is between you and the "Higher Power". This session with Cathy, Brianne, and Stefanie is for validation, closure, peace of mind, and reconnection. It's informative and allows you to understand the Spirit Realm and how you may interact with Spirit.

By completing your booking form, you fully understand that you are of healthy mind and spirits. Cathy, nor any staff member that you are booking with are certified psychologists.

This includes personal injury, loss of income, professional or personal decisions made, and stress, emotional or otherwise on the client, the client’s family, or other family members. Cathy Chafe, or Brianne Dunford, or Stefanie Finn do not diagnose conditions, perform any medical or psychological treatment, assessments, nor prescribe any medications. All employees of Inner Light Metaphysical are not a licensed counsellors nor licensed to provide legal guidance or advice on any bookings. All sessions, readings, Reiki  do not claim 100% accuracy, because no one has or is meant to have all the answers all the time. Spirit, God, and/or the Universe has a plan that is not always revealed to us. 

Cathy Chafe and Brianne Dunford are Psychic Mediums, not self-proclaimed gifted individuals. Both are experienced and have gained a reputable following. They work very hard to maintain their reputation therefore your satisfaction is important. It's kindly asked that if you're unhappy with your session to speak to them directly. Inner Light Metaphysical is a business based on belief. The variety of spiritualism is not of abundance but is very important in our ever-changing world. Keeping the doors open to a business that supports emotional and spiritual healing is needed in the community. Leaving harsh, negative, and altered reality feedback on social media is only hurting those that really do need the service. Your opinion and thoughts do matter, and we'd love to make it right. Please talk to us if you feel your session was not of quality, we'd love to ensure your satisfaction.
